Berenice Coelho, the newly crowned Young Goans Club (YGC) May Queen�2005 has a success story behind her. During her schooling days here in Bahrain, she was crowned the Konkan Singers Club Millenium Queen - 2000. She was the 1st runner up in the YGC June King and Queen Contest in the year 2001. In 2002 she was the 1st runner up in the Karnataka Club Prince & Princess contest. She excelled in her scholastic career as well, she was the Gold Medalist of the Indian School having topped the 12th Standard CBSE Board Exams in Commerce of the academic year 2002-03. As reported by us earlier she is now pursuing her career in fine arts at the Bharati Vidyapit University, Pune.
