18th June Road flooded
With a curious combination of continuous (though not really heavy)
rainfall, high tide and inefficient drainage, 18th June Road in Panjim is currently flooded as far as the eye can see from my office near Sher-e-Punjab Restaurant on the same road. Neither the tarmac road not pavements are visible. Fortunately there's not much pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
