This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. With a slight delay, old vehicles appear
at http://omeyer.gmxhome.de/GURPSnet_files/summary.html

Archvillain's Escape Sub (1920s Version) v1.0 (TL6)
  Copyright 2006 by Onno Meyer

Proper pulp villains always prepare their escape routes - this makes
up for the time they waste on explanations of their latest death traps
or their plans for world domination.
The submarine is battery-powered, with no separate engine for surface
cruising. It has four spartan seats for a helmsman, an engineer and two
passengers. The two passenger seats face each other to allow small talk
between the Evil Overlord and captive heroes. The helmsman navigates by
compass bearing or a cleverly telescoping periscope. With air for just
six hours, long-range navigation is not much of an issue.
The batteries last for two hours at top speed or six hours at 6 mph.
