Does this limitation seem cheap or expensive?
Striking ST 5 (Missile Weapons Only, -50%) 13pts
The player is trying to replicate the horrid feats of Raven from Snow Crash
- throw harpoons a massive distance.
I'd consider making it (custom-cut harpoons only, -50%) and possibly
require a roll against Throwing Art or whatever skill he uses to craft
the harpoons from bamboo or other light materials. IIRC in the book,
he's not superhumanly strong so much as extremely skilled.
