I don't think so. Subordinates may be "members of the Service of persons or non-human beings" while superiors may only be "the [CINC] and of all officers or delegated persons". The first quote shows that non-human beings are not considered persons for the purpose of the oath. The second quote shows that only officers and persons may be superiors. Hence no non-humans.
