What spell would you use to alter the surface molecules of all substances it contacts, bonding objects together regardless of their composition? (The magic version of the Universal Molecular Bonder from 4e Ultra-Tech) Spell should be of Instant Duration (spell does the work, but the bond itself is not magical.)
