It should be worth something, as a race that can mature quickly to
reproduce, yet still live a long life may rapidly out compete others.
Advantages aren't priced for the benefit of the race, they're priced for
the benefit of the individual. Otherwise Sterile wouldn't be a 0 point
feature.
