In a "blow stuff up" sense, yes. In a "how can I take down this building without knocking over the neighbors" sense, not so much. And even when you're using regular explosives, it's nice to know how they're going to go off. People doing explosives for mining and tunneling did pretty sophisticated stuff by simply varying the depths of holes that charges were tamped into, and by varying the delay between their firing. > Higher sophistication explosive materials & techniques would primarily make > it cheaper, safer, & more reliable... (IMHO) cheap, safe, and reliable are what you want. If an explosion isn't cheap, safe and reliable, something that is (relatively) cheaper and safer and more reliable will be used. -- David Scheidt [email protected] _______________________________________________ GurpsNet-L mailing list <[email protected]> http://mail.sjgames.com/mailman/listinfo/gurpsnet-l
