hi, my name is Kısmet Cingöz. I'm research asistant in Mersin University at Turkey. I' am working about wehicle routing and use gvSIG. But I don't know what it is gvSIG network module algorithm. How does the network extension work? Do you have any idea or knowledge about it? I think that it is working according to Chinese Postman Problem Algorithms. I hope you help me.
