Hi Rafa, I compiled GDAL and PROJ.4 from scratch using MinGW on Win32 and GNU CC on Linux. I took potrace, MrSID and ECW from the 3D branch, as they are still the latest versions and a pain to get to compile with MinGW. I still need to create the Mac OS X binaries.
If you are interested, I can send you my compilation notes.
