About extensions, I don't plan to add this funcionality, sorry.
About the UTF8 file.... well, it seems is not in UTF8. Maybe is a
problem with gvSIG Mobile and the real encoding is windows-1252?
I attach the file translated to UTF8.

About the fields in GPX 1.1, can you explain it a bit more?
In GPX 1.1 schema documentation [1] there's the possibility to extend
GPX by adding our own elements from another schema. I'm wondering if
this feature is available in extGPX yet.
