The meeting, organized by Lipetsk State Pedagogical University, Institute of Geography of RAS, Russian Geographical Society, and the gvSIG Association, is an interesting meeting point for changing experiences between users and developers from Russia. The call for papers is now open, and proposals can be sent following the Presentation rules [2], until April 1st. Registration period will be opened in February 15th.
