there are several IRC clients (web and desktop) and I think, if we want to use
this media, we should explain here

people should go into the IRC Channel.The use of IRC is still steady for
several
open source projects; however today people are increasingly using social media
(twitter, google +, facebook, etc.) and probably they will not understand why
we
should use IRC. They are also used to communicate with each other with skype
that is easier to work with.
