Thank you all for your comments.
Karsten, I also like the idea you suggested.
We have now 4 initiatives and I think all of them are possible (for 3 and 4 we
will need more time):
http://gvsigce.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Documents#Videos.2C_tutorials_and_gvSIG_CE_booklet
1) and 2) are things that people are actually making. So I can imagine these
ideas could grow up fast with gvSIG CE users if we make a common gvSIG CE
platform. I will try to make an example about how it could work and we can
discuss here if we want to go on or not.
I see a lot of advantages: people are motivated to make this, we can give
information about the software and what is possible to do
(http://dominoc925.blogspot.com/2011/03/removing-holes-from-polygon-with-gvsig.html),
the project and members will be promoted, we will bring project's members
together, etc.
3) We will need SAGA users who want to spend time here. Is someone in the list
who will to work on this?
4) We can start to talk about this. Karsten count me in! I suggest you manage
this working group if it's possible for you.
Have a nice weekend!
Jose
