There are methods in the help classes of SEXTANTE to generate the HTML that is rendered in the help window from the XML help files. Creating all html files could be automated just calling those methods, and then the resulting files could be uploaded (although I do not know how to put them in the wiki...maybe it is easier to first just put them online...) Maybe they can even be improved with a little bit of CSS... See if you can have a look at that and find out how to use those methods, and if you need some help, just tell me.
