I seem to remember that we were told in the instructions for updating the units that, if the voices would not switch when pressing the 5 key, one should try holding down the 4 key while pushing the reset button.
That seemed to fix it for those that did have a problem. It just goes dead. When he holds the 5 key down it goes back to Kate. he is running the beta firmware build. I am running the same build as well. Mine works as it should. Any ideas?
