[GW-Booksense] Deletions and alarm

Hello
Why does the name of a file still show up on the flash disk after you 
have deleted it but both the name and file are deleted from the sd card?
Also  my alarm is set to go off at 7 a.m.  I have it set to go off on 
Monday through Saturday;  I frequently go to global options to check on 
system status, would this have any effect on the alarm?
