The BookSense making a stuttering noise while reading some NLS books is a known issue. When it happens again, just pause it, and press cancel. When you reload the book, it should play fine.

Hello.
I just wanted to report the first crash I've experienced with my booksense. It was with the NLS book, the complete chronicles of Narnia. I was in heading 93, somewhere in the 24 hour time, but can't remember any more specificly than that. Anyway, what it did was extremely weird. I started playing the book, which had been paused as I was reading some audible books, and instead of playing, it made a stuttering noise like a damaged CD. I paused it again, and then Booksense stopped responding. Or at least it stopped responding in daisy mode. Everything else seemed to be fine. It would still let me switch to the other modes, but within daisy mode, no other keys responded; couldn't even turn it off. I tried changing to my other sd card, and nothing changed. Next, I switched to the flash disc since I have the booksense xt, and still, the same thing happened. Since I really didn't have any important settings to worry about and was afraid to risk that reset button, I removed the battery for about 30 seconds and then reinstalled it. Everything seemed fine after that, and it even remembered my place in the narnia book, and appears to be playing that fine again. I hope this is enough detail to help diagnose a bug assuming there is one, but if not, please let me know, and I will try to provide more information. Thank you very much for your time, and I hope that you're having a really great day.

Turn right, then go straight!

        Jeremiah 29:11-14 (Amplified Bible)

11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you.

13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(A)

14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
