Hello. Press the up arrow until it says time and then press the left or
right arrow to move backward or forward within the audio book or song.

I got the booksense because I have a very large document with all of my
medical transcription class notes. I could never get it to work with the
Victor Stream, so that is why I got a BookSense. I still like the Victor
Stream, and would not give it up. There are nice features in the
BookSense, too, so I think it is according to peooples' preferences
which one would be more suitable.
