I've not actually timed it, but yes, 4 to 5 hours. Much less if it's on
AC power.

Hello, if you are trying to charge it from a usb source such as a car
adapter, start with the BookSense off, connect the cable, then power
it on and it should work. If you are connecting the BookSense to a PC,
then it won't work at all even though it's charging the battery via usb.
