When I do it because it is kind of an awkward two-hand maneuver, I usually
hold the 4 down and then depress the button momentarily on the right side of
the unit and continue holding the 4 key down for I think it is 20 seconds.
Then, it comes back for me.

Subject: [GW-Booksense] doing a reset
Hello
I know you push in the little button on the side to do a reset and hold
the #4 key down but do you push the button in first before you start
holding down the #4 key? Which finger seems to work best for most people?
Sorry if these questions sound dumb but I don't think I am doing a reset
right.
Thanks lots.
Rita
