Hi, I recently downloaded a daisy book from bookshare and found that when I tried to open it, it wouldn't open. How long should it take? In other words, how long should the beeps continue before I assume it won't open? I had let this one go for almost a minute. This was not a long book I don't think. Any suggestions. Thanks, Donna
