Well, i was wondering this myself. So basically I notched up the speed from 'normal' or the 5 key by 1 hit of the 6 key. then as my file was playing I hit the zero button to find the elapsed time down to seconds. then counted 10 seconds and hit the zero buton again to find the seconds by which the file had advanced at the faster speed. YOU GET THE IDEA. One hit of the 6 key above normal speed speeded it up 1.5X. so if as users below suggest speed 4 is 2x then speed plus2 and plus3 must be between 1.5 and 2x. speed

I don't remember what speed 5 is exactly. The document reader has it's own speed settings. What does this mean in terms of maximum speed for both audio and text? 4 or 5 doesn't tell me whether this is 1.5 times normal speed, twice normal speed, etc. Thanks. --Pete -----Original Message----- From: Raul A.
