Hi Brett,
Try doing a reset by using a toothpick or paperclip and inserting it
into the very small hole below the lock switch. You only have to hold
it in for a second or so.
If that doesn't work, try a hard reset by pushing the reset button as
described above, but at the same time hold down the number 4 button on
the keypad. Hold the 4 down for about 20 seconds or until you hear the
music letting you know the machine is rebooting.
Hopefully one of these two will fix it.
Unless you're sure your battery isn't flat, it's not a bad idea to plug
in the unit when you do these resets just incase the battery happens to
be low.

Hi, I recieved my Book Sense xt for Christmas and I have enjoyed using
it. Last week I installed the version 2.0 firmware and until yesterday
everything was working fine. Last night when I was browsing a list of
files the machine crashed and has not worked sense. I tried removing and
re-inserting the battery and still nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks in
advance, Brett Wilhelm [email protected]
