Hi all, first, I would like to say I just joined this list yesterday. I received a booksense standard model for Christmas this past year. I have tried updating to version 2.0 with not much luck. I am pretty sure I followed the instructions on the GW Micro site. After I plugged the booksense into the AC adapter, and went to the advanced menu, chose upgrade, it said can not find executable file. What did I do wrong? Thanks for your help.
