Thanks for the confirmation Raul and like you say it is what it is, it's not a bug just how the unit operates. Personally it doesn't bother me at all.

If you plan on not using the BookSense for several days, plug it in before using it. The manual states that from a full charge if not used for several days, you should be able to go up to 15 days. However this is subjective since batteries drain faster depending on many factors. Temperatures and the life time of the battery being two of them. Many thanks.
