In my case the rfbd download manager automatically unzippes the books. You
can find the unzipped books in rFBD Media Files

Actually, it works just fine here.
A couple of notes that may help:
The RFB&D site needs a 10-digit key. So if you have a 3-digit key, add 7
0's
before it. If you have a 4-digit keys, add 6 0's, etc.
Once you download a book using the Download Manager, you will need to
unzip all of the files. Go into the directory, such as CD1, and then
unzip all files to the same folder.
