I was somewhat dismayed to discover that, according to the RFBD website and pages I read this weekend, there's an annual book limit for individuals of 35 books a year. Considering I can get unlimited books for free from NLS and as many as I want to pay for through Audible, I'm a little confused of the hubbub around RFBD as well. Truly, this is great news for students and someone who needs publications that are professional or technical in nature that can't be found in other places, but for everyone else, ... hmm. I may use it for training my students, but I'm not totally convinced I'll use it personallly given the other sources out there.
