Hello. You can read www.gwmicro.com/kb1114 for details. In the mean time, are you pressing the right arrow to go into the extra level of folders in case your actual book is one more level deep? RFB&D by default unzips books into a folder with the book shelf number, and inside that, a folder called cd01. If you rename cd01 to the name of your book and copy it to the DAISY\RFB&D folder, you will find it easier, but if you copy the folder which has the name of the book shelf number, then on the BookSense, you must press the right arrow and then it will be seen.
