I have just started using that record memo feature recently, and in my case, I am using it to record up-coming appointment dates. So, what I am doing is short, sweet, and to the point, and I think it will be all right that they are one-shot recordings. This is the first time since last summer that I have used this feature. So, we will see how it goes.

Each recording makes 1 file. You can pause it, but it's more beneficial to press the OK button when finished. During your recording you can press the number 1 to place a mark at that point.
