Hello all, Last night my BS XT would not turn on and I knew that the battery was at a level 5. My husband ended up taking the battery out because I couldn't get it out. This brought the BS XT back to life minus the male voice. We have yet to do a factory reset which my husband will do sometime today.
Just thought I would inform everyone that this can still happen. I just thought it would not happen to me. Will let you know what happens with the factory reset later.
