Hello Jennifer. If you press number 6 for 2 seconds and the connection is
not made after about 10 seconds, you will need to open the menu, choose
global, choose Blue tooth, and choose connect. In all cases I've seen,
this works. However for me usually simply turning on Blue tooth with long
press of number 6 is enough.

Why is it that sometimes when I go to connect my blue tooth headset-the
ones that were with the bs... sometimes it won't connect. I am doing
everything required. I used these headphones yesterday, and now they
won't connect. They are fully charged... only because I had them
charging all day LOL. Any pointers?
