Have you tried doing a reset by removing the battery for about 20 seconds, and then putting it back? Have you tried a reset by using a toothpick or a paper clip to push the small recessed button? It's located about an inch from the lock button. Have you tried doing a factory reset by doing the paper clip thing while holding down the #4 key and keeping it down for twenty seconds after releasing the small recessed button? If you've tried all these things, and it still doesn't come back on, you really have a problem, and I really have no answer.
