I have also seen problems of this nature, especially when trying to open a large file. I have had to hard reset the booksense a couple times as well. I know some files can take a while, but my booksense stopped beeping in the middle of trying to open the file which is why I tried a hard reset. I agree, if there was a way to cancel this operation, that'd be helpful. Ronit

Have others had this issue?I have noticed that on afolder with large amounts of files, the sense beeps endlessly while carrying out an operation it is unable to complete. the reasons for this behaviour remain obscure, but the upshot is a hard reset. I would have thought that the cancel button should work as advertised, but it remains dormant along with the rest of them. please add a cancel facility to operations which last say 30 seconds or more. or do it, but don't force a hard reset.
