I'm assuming these are the files the Booksense uses to keep track of
your book marks. I don't think it would do any harm to delete these
files for books you've finished reading and don't need the book marks
any more.
Note these files are pretty small, and I doubt they negatively impact
the performance of the Booksense, so I wouldn't think it would hurt to
leave them around.

though, there is a folder on there when It's hooked up to the computer using
USB and it's called "Mark" and it has a couple books that I put on there,
but now that they are in the Mark folder they have a MAC tag to them. Even
the one I already deleted from my BookSense is in that MARK folder with the
