Well there is a work around for this issue. You can use your BookSense to create MP3 recordings. Once those are done, create a folder on your BookSense under the DAISY folder called what ever you like it to be.
Move the MP3 recordings into this newly created folder. This is all done through Windows Explorer while the BookSense is connected to your computer. now download and install the free DAISY Book Generator on to your PC. Once it is installed, highlight your folder with Windows Explorer and press the context menu button (right click or shift+F10). Arrow down to the DAISY option to generate the mark up and voi-la. There you go a DAISY recording. Now with the navigation features and marking capabilities in the BookSense under the Media option, I am not sure what you would gain by these additional steps, but who am I to judge any way. Hi all, Wouldn't it be good if one could use the booksense to make daisy recordings as well as mp3;s? I know one can get the plextalks to do this but the booksense is such a small player and rather than have 2 products, to record direct into daisy ie. marking up as you go for headings etc. i think would really expand the product Will If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
