hello all, I just tried to upgrade to the latest firmware just now, and I can't seem to get my booksense to upgrade properly. I thought it was a download issue, but i downloaded the firmware for the xt model because it's the one I have, and I did this twice and extracted the folder to the sd card of the booksense, and have also just tried pasting the .bin file to that card in the route and here are the results. 1. pasting the .bin file to the route of the sd card results in the computer coming up with a dialogue saying try again and cancel button. 2. extracting the folder to the route of the sd card results in the firmware not extracting. I even tried with my mac, still no go. has anyone else had this issue and what can i do about it? I would really love some advice as soon as i can possibly get some. thanks for the work gw micro.
