If you started the install process and it's been 15 minute sor more,
try turning it on. If it doesn't work, then hit that handy recessed
reset button and see what firmware comes up. If it's 2.0, then try the
installation process again. It shouldn't take more than 2 minutes at
most to install and reboot, and that's even giving it some additional
time beyond normal.
