I have one of those which I purchased for about forty dollars. They
work, but the noise from the FM band can vary depending on things you
pass while moving down the road. Sometimes the background noise
drowns out the sound from the Booksense. I've never had the chance
yet to try it somewhere away from an urban environment. It may work
a lot better there.
