I'd still like to see the speed increased on the
NLS books. I know it's getting to be like a
broken record, or for people who don't remember
those things, like a skipping CD.--but
still-- I'll keep harping on this until I hear
something one way or the other from GW Micro.

firmware utility that allows us to customize how
we want a digital player to operate. This can be
done through a series of radio buttons and check
boxes. If I don't switch between voices, then I
might like the option of having a female UK
English voice and my second option might be
Canadian French male. Then I can check off the
file types I want supported. This way we all can
manage our options so that they fit nicely into the available space.
Once I have selected all of my options and
synthesizers, the utility generates the firmware
file that I can put onto the root of an SD card
then perform the update as per usual.
Should this idea prove to be manageable, all the
compensation I require is that GW Micro continue
to provide me with great service. They can claim the idea as their own.
