go to your locol radioshack and get the following and bring your book sens with you. you want a male stereo plug which fits the headphone jack of your book sens, which has a red and white mono r c a male plug on the other end which then you plug the adaptor into the headphone jack and the red and white into the red and white female jacks on the stereo unit. they need to go into the input jacks have a sighted person note which inputs they are in so you can choose that input to play from the selector which has tuner, aux, dvd, etc.
