I would recommend using Windows Explorer. Go to the "mp3" file in question, either copy with the CTRL-C command, or use the "cut-and-paste" command with CTRL-X command. Then go to the place on the Booksense where you want the file to go, )perhaps the "misc audio" folder), then use the CTRL-V command to paste the file there.

I think Kurzweil also has a utility called "move" that might do the same thing. I've never used that, though.
