Hello, we have seen a few cases where the BookSense loses time over one or two days. I determined that for every 10 seconds of life, the BookSense was moving around 7 or 8. So this set it back noticeably. However I have not seen one lose time the way you describe. It's possible it could have to do with a battery issue though. I'll do some investigating and see what I can come up with.
