I left my booksense idol to long and tried to charge it via usb. It will not turn on whatsoever. Does the sense have to be on to do a hard reset? Also, I cannot find my charger, I think it walked out of the house via sticky fingers. Do they sell stand alone chargers? Should the usb charge have worked without clicking the sense on?
