Hello Aaron, if I understand your message correctly, you are saying that some NLS books, while others do not and give you the unauthorized message? If this is the case, then we know it's not a kxo authorization problem for sure, otherwise none of them would play. So if you have any book which won't play, be sure that you unzip all files contained in the downloaded zip file into its own folder of the NLS folder inside the SD card or flashdisk. Are you using BookSense Buddy? It can help in this in case you are not comfortable with unzipping and copying books.
