Subject: [GW-Booksense] Output volume on headphone jack
Hello:
I have tried to use the Bookscence to drive both my car stereo and my
stereo. In both situation after cranking the volume on the Bookscence to
its maximum volume I have to turn up the volume on the stereo also. This
is a problem since if I accidentally switch the stereo to anothere source
(such as the tuner or DVD) I get a large blast of sound. Is there some
way to use the headset jack as a line out as I do with many othere similar
devices and get an output volume that does not have to be boosted over the
normal amount. Perhaps if we did not have the TTS speach set slightly
higer than the audio this would not be a problem. Since when listening to
strick TTS it is better.
Any idea when we will be getting any of the long awaited fixes?
Specifically Bluetooth, TTS volume issues, DRM of WMA?
Thanks
Tom
