There is a switch on the charger. Move it to the opposite setting. The BookSense should feel warm as it is charging.

The switch is slid up, I have plugged it in over night, pressed 4 and reset it. I get nothing. There are no lights on while it is plugged in. So I plugged it into the computer, and nothing.
