There is a switch on the charger. Move it to the opposite setting. The
BookSense should feel warm as it is charging.

Subject: [GW-Booksense] Book Sense XT Not Working

Hi,

Thank you for all the suggestions on getting my BS back up and running. The
switch is slid up, I have plugged it in over night, pressed 4 and reset it.
I get nothing. There are no lights on while it is plugged in. So I plugged
it into the computer, and nothing.

Is it possible the charger is bad and there needs to be some juice in the
battery for the computer to see it?

Bummed and getting ready to call GW Micro.

Thanks,

Keith
