At the risk of sounding like a broken record (does anyone still remember what those are?), or a skipping CD, I'd still like to see the playback speed for NLS files increased. It's much better to have the option of slowing down your book than to wish you could get through it faster. If this was improved, I'd never use "the brick" which is what I call the digital player from NLS. I like their playback speed, and I only call it "the brick" because of density and heaviness reminds me of one. I do also like the long battery life, but with better playback speed from the Booksense, I'd just leave the brick on a shelf for a backup. The Booksense is certainly easier to take with you.

This is why I would like to see the following 2 options added to the voice settings menu:
1. Guide voice volume.
   2. Guide voice voice male or female.

Then I would really be a happy camper!

I want the volume to be louder for audio books. It's too soft.
