I went to the GW Micro website and the HIMS web site. Nothing is mentioned
about the ending of the partnership between GW Micro and HIMS. I can't help
feeling like a customer hung out to dry or an abandoned orphan!
I think there should be an announcement from both companies explaining the
exact date when the change will be effective and what steps are being taken
to be sure that we receive customer service and support during the
transition period. I hate to see change, but if I can be assured of a smooth
transition between GW Micro and HIMS, I'd feel much better!
