When I click on the attached link, I get two tabs opening up in IE8, with the announcement about the new US office in Austin having the focus. If I use alt+shift+tab, I can get to the HIMS home page where I can select on Customer Service -> Listserves and select Booksense from the combo box. I hope this helps.
